Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM (CET) are processed the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next working day.

If you'd like to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you’ll need to accept the delivery first before returning it.

Cancellations are only confirmed once we reply by email. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
